A note from the founder

We're declaring war
on latency.

SonicR1 is building the future of real-time sales intelligence.

Ömer Dertlioglu · Founder · Berlin, Germany

SonicR1 was founded by Ömer Dertlioglu, a B2B sales professional who spent years closing deals and living in CRMs, call recordings, and pipeline reviews.

I got tired of tools telling me what I should've done when the deal was already lost. I wanted a co-pilot that actually helps during the call — invisible to the prospect, invaluable to the rep.
Ömer Dertlioglu, Founder

Why I built this

For the last decade, sales technology has obsessed over the autopsy: record the call, transcribe it, score it — then tell you what went wrong 24 hours too late.

We believe that's a failure of imagination.

In Formula 1, engineers don't wait until the race is over to say “you should've pitted on lap 18.” They make the call live, when it still changes the outcome.

The only moment that matters is now. If we can save the deal in the moment, we don't need a post-mortem to explain why it was lost.

The mission

High-performance teams deserve the same advantage as elite drivers:

A real-time co-pilot that sharpens decisions in the moment.

Not after the meeting. Not in next week's pipeline review — exactly when the objection lands, the hesitation appears, the buying signal surfaces.

Why “SonicR1”

R1 = Response One.

R1 stands for “Response One.” In every live conversation there's a best next move — the right question, the objection handled, the next step. The hard part isn't knowing it later. It's finding it now.

SonicR1 turns live conversation signals into your next best response.

The rising bars are the voice signal getting stronger; the cyan chevron is the response itself — the instant we turn what's said into the one move that carries the deal forward.

What I won't compromise on

Three principles behind every decision.

Speed-first architecture

Intelligence that arrives too late is noise. We design around latency budgets — the co-pilot must feel instant, or it's not worth shipping.

Privacy & security by design

Real-time AI is worthless without trust. Your conversations stay yours — we don't train models on your calls, and security is core infrastructure.

Human-centered guidance

We don't replace the closer — we give them an exoskeleton. No walls of text. Just the next thing to say, in language a human would actually use.

How we work

The values we hold ourselves to.

Speed wins.

If it feels slow, it doesn't ship.

Clarity beats complexity.

Reps don't need 20 dashboards. They need one clear nudge at the right time.

Security is foundational.

Trust is earned every day, in every design decision.

Real-time > post-call.

We respect analytics, but we optimize for live outcomes.

AI is an upgrade, not a replacement.

The human is the hero. SonicR1 is the co-pilot.
