How the allowances work.

What counts: Live coaching counts the minutes of coached calls, uploaded recordings count toward uploaded-call analysis, and role-play practice counts sessions. Team members share one pool.
At the limit: A call that is running when your monthly allowance runs out keeps its coaching to the end. New coached calls start again on the 1st of the month (UTC), or straight away on a paid plan with a prepaid pack: 10 h for €40, valid 12 months. Nothing is charged automatically.
Per call: On a single call, live coaching pauses after 45 min on Free, 2 h on Solo and Max and 4 h on Team. The call and the transcript continue.
Monthly reset, yearly billing: Allowances reset on the 1st of every month (UTC). Yearly plans are paid once a year (€490 for Solo, €890 for Max, €1,290 per Team member) with the same monthly allowances.
Who needs a paid seat: Free, Solo and Max are for one person. In Team, everyone in the team workspace uses a seat, managers included (3 minimum).

Prospecting is included in every plan.

Prospect research requires your own search key and local AI setup; search-provider charges are separate. Live coaching does not need your own AI.

Allowance: 1,000 companies a month per workspace on Free and Solo, 5,000 on Max and Team. That counts researched companies, not verified leads or contacts.

Miner + Lists are in every plan. Research runs on Ollama or LM Studio on your computer through the SonicR1 desktop companion (SonicR1 desktop 0.2.2 or later), and your Tavily key handles search. Keep the companion running during research. Lists and CSV import work in the browser. Sonic charges no research fee for this work: 1,000 companies a month per workspace on Free and Solo, 5,000 on Max and Team; on paid plans a prepaid pack adds 500 more.

Not offline, and not a lead guarantee.

Search queries go to Tavily and results sync to Sonic. Your provider costs and limits still apply. Research does not guarantee leads: the allowance counts researched companies, not verified contacts.

Capacity and runs.

Every current tier has cloud capacity for 5,000 accounts, 50 lists and 20 saved ideal customer profiles per workspace, with one active run per workspace (three on Team). Each run covers up to 20 companies within 3–41 basic Tavily search requests and counts its requested companies against your monthly cap when it starts. A search request is not a company.

What's the difference between Free and the paid plans?

Free is your sales workspace (built-in CRM, calendar, playbooks and knowledge base) with a taste of live coaching: 5 live coached calls per month — up to 90 minutes total, 45 per call. Solo (€49/month) gives one seller 20 hours of live coaching a month plus follow-up drafts and a private scorecard. Max and Team add more hours, CRM connections and shared resources.

Solo or Max?

Both are for one seller. Solo includes 20 hours of live coaching, 10 role-play practice sessions and 5 hours of uploaded-call analysis a month. Max (€89/month) doubles live coaching to 40 hours, raises uploaded-call analysis to 15 hours, removes the monthly role-play cap, adds AI processing of documents and websites for your knowledge base and connects HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive (Beta). Company research rises from 1,000 to 5,000 companies a month.

How is Team billed?

Team costs €129 per paid member per month, or €1,290 per member per year, for 3–50 members. Everyone in the team workspace uses a seat, managers included. Each member adds 40 live-coaching hours and 25 hours of uploaded-call analysis to shared monthly pools. Team runs in its own team workspace that you create in Settings → Team; calls, knowledge and integrations in a personal workspace stay there. Team reports need at least 5 members with enough scored calls in the period (dashboard averages count 5 besides you), and managers never see individual members' AI scores. For more than 50 members, talk to us about Enterprise.

What happens when I reach a limit?

You see your remaining time before and during a call. A call that is running when the monthly allowance runs out keeps its coaching to the end. New coached calls start again on the 1st of the month (UTC), or on a paid plan straight away with a prepaid pack: 10 live hours for €40 or 500 Miner companies for €19, each valid 12 months and used only after the monthly allowance. On a single call, coaching pauses after the per-call limit while the call and transcript continue. Nothing is charged automatically.

Are briefings, AI coaching and knowledge-base AI limited?

Yes, up to and including Max there are monthly allowances; Team and Enterprise have no monthly cap (fair use). Per workspace: 5 call briefings, 30 knowledge-base AI assists and 5 AI gap fills. Per user: AI coaching reviews and profile refreshes — 15 on Free and Solo, no cap on Max; Ask AI coaching questions — 15 on Free, 60 on Solo, 300 on Max. Allowances reset every calendar month; reaching one pauses only that feature until the next month. Settings → Billing shows where you stand.

Is role-play practice capped on Max and Team?

No monthly session cap applies on Max and Team. Short-term rate limits that protect the service for everyone still apply, so very rapid bursts can be slowed for a minute.

Minimum terms, payment timing and refunds are set out in our Terms and shown again at checkout before you pay. Subscriptions are managed in Settings → Billing.

What do I need to set up?

Live coaching runs in your browser or the desktop app, beside whatever you use for the call, and nothing joins your meeting. It runs on SonicR1's service, so it does not need your own AI. Only company research needs your own setup: a Tavily search key and Ollama or LM Studio through SonicR1 desktop 0.2.2 or later.

Is research really free?

The Free plan has no Sonic subscription fee. You supply and pay for the research resources you use. Tavily charges, local hardware costs, provider limits, and Sonic storage and throughput limits still apply.

Does local AI work offline, and where does my data go?

No, it is not offline. Your search description and queries go to Tavily; page excerpts are assessed by your local model; verified results and their source excerpts sync to your Sonic workspace. Your Tavily key stays encrypted in the desktop companion and never enters the Sonic web API. Ollama or LM Studio and the companion must keep running during a run.
